You will be asked to provide a valid major credit card with expiration date in order to reserve your appointment. Please remember that your appointment is a commitment of our Spa Staff's time reserved especially for you. Kindly provide 24 hours of notice of any changes or cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee charged to your credit card or voiding of your gift card. No shows will be charged for the full price of the missed treatment. We will give you a reminder call 24-48 hours before your appointment, however, be aware that if you miss your call, you still have your scheduled appointment.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to all appointments to allow time for parking, registration, and any preparations. Appointments must end on time; therefore, a late arrival will shorten your treatment time. A late arrival will still be charged for the full appointment.
